“ My partner and I visited Tiny Chef with a couple of friends. My partner is a Korean adoptee knows the chef, and we had to come visit her while we were in town! Melanie was so kind and provided great service! Great tasty Korean inspired food. Highly recommend the tacos with dragon sauce and kimchi. The Korean hummus bowl special was such a fun dish. Yummy housemade rice chips! ”
“ Always a great time getting Tiny Chef at the Silver Ballroom. The flavors are incredible, friendly and quick service, and amazing pinball too. Whats not to love? Always look forward to seeing what Tiny Chef will have on special each week so I can plan my weekend trip to South city. ”
“ Second time here. First time I did takeout. The place is inside the bar. Today we stayed, ordered a beer at the bar and after eating our delicious food we spent some time playing the pinball machines. I am not an expert, so this is just my personal opinion. The food was super good, fresh and good quality. Would recommend it. ”
“ The Tiny Chef in the Silver Ballroom in St. Louis, MO, is a hidden gem nestled within a quirky venue. This is a If you know you know spot. The Silver Ballroom is an oldschool pinball arcade with a vibrant bar scene, and the addition of Tiny Chefs kitchen...boy did it get an upgrade. Tiny Chefs menu is small but mighty. We ordered take out just recently and we got one of every bibimpap tofu, chicken, pork and beef. These are fantastic large portions to share. So I got to my parents and unveiled everything to take all my pictures and videos but my dad was hovering so I didnt get as much footage as I would have liked. As we all began to eat...silence...head nodding as to approval and yumminess. Man thats good. Our new favorite takeout!!! ”
“ I wasnt sure what I was craving for dinner tonight but when I stumbled across this on Google, the photos of the food instantly caught my attention. Ive never had bibimbap nor radish stew before, but decided to give both a try at the recommendation of the chef and was so very happy with not only the taste and the spectacular presentation, but with the speed of service as well! I had my food in less than five minutes, I was literally in and out ready to chow down at home! The Silver Ballroom has always come across as a bit of a hole in the wall from the outside, and may still appear so on the inside, but like many holes in the wall in St. Louis it has a lot of charm and character from their gentle and colorful glowing lights down to their pinball room full of unique machines. Im not much of a bar goer, but the tiny bustling kitchen and the dark, yet warm ambiance inside makes a return trip very much worth it. Thanks so much for the experience, I will be back! ”
“ We did our research and found this Korean food spot in St. Louis. The bar has perfect dive bar vibes along with an arcade in the back for some pinball action. The food was beginning to end amazing! You wont be disappointed and make sure to ask for some hot sauce on the side if youre a fan of adding extra heat to your dishes. ”
“ A great food option if youre around here. The bibimbap in particular was delicious. ”
“ Food was delicious. Tiny menu but packed with flavor! Service was quick the server even came checked on us at our table even though the set up is basically order go style. Not a lot of seating in the bar but they have space outside too. Would recommend hope to go again! ”
